Why did you choose to become a Marriage and Family Therapist?
I enjoy people and relationships.

What is your role at Wellshire?
I’m fortunate enough to have Wellshire be the church to support Centus Counseling; I work as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) part-time seeing clients here and my private practice is in Greenwood Village.

What is the biggest opportunity for our Wellshire community?
Well, that this community has a therapist close by to help with ther ups and downs on the big journey of life!  I also can’t say enough about the awesome staff here at Wellshire and the hospitality and acceptance of all!

What is your favorite Bible verse?
Philippians 4:13 -- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Where do you find inspiration?
Usually I’m most inspired when I’m outside enjoying a beautiful day.  Climbing a big mountain, struggling on my bike to get over another pass, or sailing at sunset!  I also find great inspiration through my work with varying individuals and their quest for peace, strength, wholeness, and wellness!

What are the things that make you happiest?
Days off having fun! David and I have always taken Fridays off together and we love to cycle all over Colorado.   Some of my happiest times have also been watching William play basketball and watching Meagan dance!

When you’re not at Wellshire, where are you likely to be?
Cycling, hiking, sailing, or skiing.

What is one thing that very few people know about you?
HeHe… that I secretly wanted to be an awesome singer, but instead I just married one!
