Luke Rackers is a pianist, composer, and teacher in Denver, CO.  He began playing piano at age 7 and has been performing publicly since age 10.  After high school, Luke moved from his hometown of Jefferson City, Missouri to study jazz piano under the tutelage of Eric Gunnison at the University of Denver.  Luke transfered to Goddard College in 2006 where he completed his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Jazz Studies, Music Composition, and Music Philosophy in February 2009.  Currently, Luke is working on a Master of Fine Arts degree in Music Composition, Piano Pedagogy, and Music Healing at Goddard College.  Luke performs regularly throughout the front range of Colorado as a solo pianist and commonly with his jazz trio.
