Wellshire’s Snow Cancellation Policy

• The Church Office will be closed and all church events cancelled whenever Denver public Schools are closed due to inclement weather.
• Church events – including Sunday morning worship – will be cancelled whenever parking lots and sidewalks are deemed unsafe or inaccessible. Every effort will be made to plow and shovel in a timely fashion, but, when our snow removal service and/or our custodial staff are unable to keep up with a heavy snow, liability issues must be taken into consideration.
• The final decision to cancel church events will be made by the Church Administrator in consultation with the Pastor in accordance with church and insurance policies.
• Cancellation will be posted as soon as possible on the church phone message and our web site and on Channel 9.
